Beef is our signature product, we have built our national reputation on the quality of our beef. Renowned
amongst many of the UK’s leading chefs we supply our beef, steaks and other cuts to top hotels and
restaurants the length and breadth of the country.
Your beef from Buccleuch is carefully matured for a minimum of 21 days. The supreme quality of our
renowned steaks comes from this slow maturing and in no small measure from the way in which our skilled
butchers in Scotland apply there traditional skills to preparing these cuts of meat. From the classic fillet to the
succulent sirloin and from the King of Roasts to the best braising joints Buccleuch beef comes in a range of
sizes and cuts to satisfy every appetite.
The team at Buccleuch Foods are proud of their unique origins. For hundreds of years, the Buccleuch family
have been rearing excellent quality cattle and sheep, harvesting crops and working with nature to produce
some of the best countryside produce Scotland can offer. We are especially proud of our beef, lamb and pork
products which are of the highest quality.
All our Beef is bought from within the UK from sources that comply with our own strict standards. Buccleuch
Beef is quality assured, traditionally reared and grass fed. Each cut of premium quality Beef is fully traceable
from its point of origin to when it arrives your door.
Buccleuch Lamb is naturally reared to give it a special sweet and succulent flavour. All our lamb is
traditionally produced for a perfect result and is renowned for its succulent flavour and taste. Our butchers
